Summary
A power struggle that went on for 3 years between Joseph Stalin who wanted Heavy Industry, and Leon Trotsky who wanted consumer goods. Stalin was successful because he was general secretary which allowed him to appoint people into the poll bureau, and he was the leader of propaganda; became leader of Communist Party in 1927. He expels Trotsky, and killed him in Mexico City in 1940. Stalin's slogan was "Socialism in One Country".
